Automated and Manual

All backups are initiated by the client software on your computer. We do not control any backups. With a scheduling program second to none and the ability to e-mail status to anyone, F1 Backup is as close to a fully automatic backup as you can get. The only human intervention usually necessary is to check the log file that is conveniently sent to your e-mail.
Backups can also be performed manually or set for one time schedules. This easy process is perfect to backup critical data before an upgrade or migration. Manual backups can be incremental or you can choose to backup the entire selection regardless of the last time the files were changed.
