Internet Connection
We highly recommend broadband Internet access such as T1, DSL or Cable. Dial-up accounts will work, but are usually to slow. We recommend a connection with at lease a 256 kbps upload speed. Your Internet service provider can tell you what speed you upload is. A typical cable modem has an upload speed of 320kbps or 144 MB per hour. A large first time backup can take several days even at higher speeds, but daily backups typically take only a couple of hours or less.
