Retention

File retention is how many versions of a file our backup servers keep. For example, if you have a QuickBooks file you use daily. You perform your weekly payroll only to realize you made a major mistake. The bigger problem is you do not discover the problem until the following week. With F1 Backup you can restore your QuickBooks file to the night before the error was made.
Our default file retention is 20 backups. This does not mean that after 20 days you will loose any files. The latest version of all files is kept indefinitely. If you require it we can set your file retention for any about of time; weeks months or even years.
