F1 Backup has one of the most flexible schedulers available in a backup program. This is what truly makes our backup solution automated. You have the ability to schedule backups however you like then forget about it. You can backup multiple times a day or only on Mondays. You can have a full backup on the first Friday of the month and have incremental backups the rest of the time. You are only charged by the amount of data stored, not by how often you connect.
